few months have passed since i met ruiqi jie. it was nice catching up with her, i'm not surprised that our conversation was filled with heartfelt memories of our trip to korea last year. it was great fun and not to forget miss ruiqi taught me many of her cosmetic secrets, tested and trialed by her personally. haha. there was just too many things to learn and i only managed to pick up a thing or two, but thank you all the same, ruiqi jie. :)

it really made my day knowing she's going to take me all the way to her home in china next year june or july, well, of course, it also means another opportunity to meet up with frederick. wonderful wonderful. fred's thrilled to hear about this too. it's funny but it seems my friends are the ones creating opportunities for us to meet. i'm just so blessed i have all these friends and he should be thankful too.

lately, i kept thinking about the potential problems that we will have to face in the near future. no matter what, i'm grateful for the fact that we're both so hopeful and positive about our future together. i always think hope is an attitude that anticipates the good. it doesn't mean denial, or avoiding the problems in your paths but rather, to look beyond these problems and believe that things will eventually work out.

i just knock off from work not long ago and in a few hours' time, i'll need to report for work again. didn't get to hear frederick's voice today because something was wrong with the connection. it feels as if my day is incomplete without talking to him. oh boy, it's going to be a long night. haha.
